Instructors are ranked by their total enrollment across every section they teach (most to least). The instructor's name and total appear once, on their first (top) bar only - the bars underneath just show the course/section, so the name isn't repeated on every row. One bar per section underneath each instructor - two sections of the same course are two separate bars, not summed together. Bar length is that section's own enrollment; the number at the end of each bar is enrolled / capacity. Bar color flags the same two conditions this app already tracks as their own reports: a section under 25% of capacity is what Low Enrollment Sections calls out, and a section enrolled past its stated capacity is what Over-Capacity Sections calls out. Everything else is a healthy, normal load.
