Excellence in Undergraduate Education Nomination Form — 2026-2027

This form allows faculty and staff in the College of Education to nominate an individual to be recognized for improving the educational experiences of our undergraduate students and programs. We will recognize nominated individuals once in the fall and once in the spring, during our Undergraduate Program Committee (UPC) meeting, and recipients will receive a certificate of appreciation.

Nominations will be accepted on a continuous basis, and this form will remain open. While nominations are unlimited, recipients will only receive the certificate once for the academic year.

We will only review nominations once monthly between September and April at the College's UPC meeting. Nominations sent from May until August will not be reviewed until September.

Self-nominations are not allowed.
